IronOaks is the Homeowner Association (HOA) name for the two communities of Ironwood and Oakwood Country Clubs. Both are gated communities with 734 homes in Ironwood and 3,285 homes in Oakwood. While each have their own amenities homeowners can use amenities in both communities. Homeowner dues are $1,714.00 annually in 2014 and include private street maintenance and all common areas.
Oakwood Country Club and Ironwood Country Club have lovely clubhouses with banquet and wedding capabilities, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, game rooms, a library and concierge. Oakwood restaurants include Sunsets – upscale and overlooking the beautiful lake, water feature and mountains to the west and Poolside cafe for more casual fare. Ironwood’s Grille on the Green is a sport bar and grill with a bar and great bar food!

Oakwood’s salt water swimming pool is situated next to Poolside Cafe with views of the Oakwood golf course to the south. A separate lap pool is adjacent to the salt water pool for swimming laps, exercising or water volleyball certain days of the week. A separate kids pool is available for grandkids and kids under the age of 17.
Ironwood has three smaller swimming pools located conveniently in various parts of the Ironwood community. Join friends for a quiet afternoon by the pool or take in a water aerobics class.
IronOaks Fitness Center is located in Oakwood Country Club and features cardiovascular and weight machines as well as fitness classes such as Yoga, Zumba and others.
Spectacular lakes with walking paths provide another alternative for outdoor exercise. Walk around beautiful Diamond Lake or walk the three plus miles of walking paths throughout the neighborhood. One of the things clients tell us they love most is walking the paths in the winter time with fruit is ripe and neighbors who cannot eat all of it place lemons, limes and grapefruits in boxes along with grocery bags – yours for the taking!
