Carey is the Team Leader for The Kolb Team, which ranks in the top 1% of over 160,000 Keller Williams agents nationwide. Since joining the team in 2017, Carey has immersed himself in the valley real estate market, specializing the team in active adult communities. Carey’s knowledge of the active adult market comes from firsthand experience living in Sun Lakes where he serves as a unit captain and community volunteer. He and his wife Trish raised their four children in Bremerton, Washington, where for 21 years he ran the software division of a company that wrote software for the federal government. Carey has a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Organizational Behavior. He’s also a Rotarian, an Iowa Hawkeyes sports fanatic, and a long-suffering Detroit Lions fan!

Trish Kolb

As a Buyer’s Agent Trish helps clients find the perfect 55+ retirement community home. Trish pays close attention to her client's needs, matches them with the right property, then follows through with an honest and efficient transaction. The marketing and negotiation skills gained through years in the ophthalmology field have given her a strong background that easily crosses over to real estate. Throughout her career she has consulted ophthalmologists on techniques for outreach and development, and patient care strategies. Trish is a native of South Dakota. Trish’s enthusiasm for Arizona is obvious, saying, "From concerts and sporting events to the Desert Botanical Garden there’s plenty to do and see!”

Anne Annis

REALTOR®, Transaction Manager

Anne is our transaction manager specializing in buyer and seller transactions and manages all aspects of the transaction from Listing to Closing. Anne performs all data entry on a listing and manages the real estate transaction when we are under contract. She works with the lender, title company, home warranty company, seller agents and the Keller Williams brokerage system to ensure everything runs smoothly for a perfect on-time closing. Anne is dedicated to providing a seamless transaction for all of our sellers. Anne is an avid golfer who also enjoys teaching the sport. A Minnesota native, she loves to visit friends and family in the summer months.

Vesper

Vesper is the newest edition to The Kolb Team. He has embarked on a rigorous training schedule that includes shadowing and worshipping Rushmore and Woodhouse, learning the ropes around here, and bringing a little levity as he proudly bounces and sometimes trips across the room with his huge, somewhat uncoordinated paws. He is 50% fluff, 40% attitude, and 10% actual common sense. Vesper has shown promise in the discipline of timekeeping, as he runs on a strict schedule: sleep all day, wake up just long enough to cause chaos, and then crash again like he just pulled a 16-hour shift and pays the bills around here. When he is awake, he’s full of personality, sass, and the occasional surprise chomp on whatever happens to be nearby.

Rushmore

Rushmore is our Head of Security. As big as a mountain and with an internal clock that rivals atomic time, he was made for the job. He’s as big as a barn, and once he’s comfortable, no matter where it is, good luck moving him. Unless, of course, his internal clock has alerted him to it being one of his mealtimes. He’s hounding us to expand his role to include both Chief Bellyacher and Interior Decorator, using his nightly pre-bedtime, very vocal “grievance sessions” and twice daily relocating of his bed and entire toy collection to his homebase – the couch – as his perpetual interview. His paws are as big as his heart and he’s our lovable, goofy giant. His favorite hobbies include being his momma’s personal security shadow everywhere she goes, standing tall with his gigantic paws on your shoulders, and being the sharp-as-a-tack mealtime alarm.

Woodhouse

Woodhouse is our Prince of Staging and Tailgating. His obsession with all day couch sessions, watching football, and kindly accepting our royal offerings of belly rubs makes him the perfect fit for his position. He’s quite the distinguished gentleman and recently retired from being a professional couch ornament, though he still “goes to work” on the couch every single day to keep busy. He might be distinguished, but he’s far from polite when it comes to sharing a bed where he takes up exactly 87% of the bed and all but a sliver of the blanket. When he’s not holding down the couch, Woodhouse is perfecting his role as the world’s sweetest roommate. Royalty can’t always be bothered with exercising, so while he gets very excited at the idea of a walk, it often ends there. He expects you to join him for snacks, snoozes, and snuggles.
