Fountain Festival | Friday, November 9th
Join us for a bus trip to the Fountain Hills Fountain Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts! We’ll visit hundreds of booths from original works of art, sculpture, crafts, jewelry, clothing, and even delicious foods. The cost is $18 per person and departure will be at the clubhouse at 9:30 am and return at around 3:00 pm.
Fall Community Garage Sale | Saturday, November 10th from 8:00am-2: 00 pm
The IronOaks Community Garage Sale is coming, hence, clean out those closets and get ready to find some great bargains and treasures! Don’t forget to sign up at the Oakwood Concierge Desk if you’d like to participate, there’s no fee to sign up.
Veterans Day Celebration | Monday, November 12th
Join on Monday, November 12th, at 7:30 am as we celebrate and thank all of our veterans with a special pancake breakfast while we enjoy entertainment from Jesse Washington, the Choirdairs Show Chorus, the Hamilton Husky Drill Team, and more. Because of the demand, make sure to get your tickets in advance from the Oakwood Concierge. While tickets are free for veterans, guests need only pay $10 to join. If you have a photo from your service days, we’d love to include it in a slide presentation at the breakfast. The Concierge will be accepting your photos and information.
November 15th | Neil Diamond – The demand for this performance was high, due to that very few tickets are remaining, but stay tuned, as another show may be added!

Paws & Pinot | Sunday, November 18th
Saving Orphan Souls Rescue will be joining us for an afternoon on the grassy knoll beside Stone & Barrel. Hence, if you’ve considered adding a smile, a new family member, and love to your life, now is the time to meet your new best friend. We’ll have cats, kittens, mature dogs, and young pups. While you might not be ready yet, join us for wine and hors-d’oeuvres and make a donation to help the Rescue. First of all, cash is needed but second in line is dog/cat food, third, treats, toys, blankets/towels, cleaning supplied and newspapers.
Thanksgiving Family Feast | Thursday, November 22nd
Relax, enjoy, and leave the cooking and cleaning to us this Thanksgiving! Plan to spend your day with your family rather than your kitchen. Make sure to call the Oakwood Concierge to make your reservations, at 480.317.3600. Seatings are currently available at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and another at 3:00 pm. The price is $35 for adults while children 12 and under is $15.
November 28th | Reba – Get ready to enjoy a great show featuring some country favorites like “Does He Love You,” “Fancy,” and “The Lights Went Out in Georgia,” just to name a few.
Tempe Festival of the Arts | Friday, November 30th
Downtown Tempe will showcase more than 350 talented artists from around the country. As a result, you’ll be able to browse plenty of booths. Booths will be offering seasonings, soaps, candles, and sauces and also enjoy live music and wine tasting. Cost is $17 per person. Departing the clubhouse at 9:00 am and returning at 2:30 pm.
