Sun Lakes AZ 3rd quarter real estate market update for 2019 shows home appreciation has risen 6% over same period in 2018. Consequently, no doubt, you have heard that Sun Lakes AZ and the surrounding area remains in a strong sellers market. So, it should come as no surprise that home values are up 6%. But, with that being said, prices have remained relatively flat all year. Thus, they are not continuing to rise much more. In fact, we have reported for the last couple of years that inventory is low. Even so, ironically 518 homes sold during this period in 2019. Comparatively, 518 homes were sold during this period in 2018. With this in mind, we currently have only 71 homes actively listed for sale in all of Sun Lakes AZ.
